Privacy Policy
We have a master key of all properties in our office. You will be given a minimum of 24 hours notice for regularly scheduled maintenance. In the event of an emergency, notice may not be possible. We will make every attempt to contact you before entering the premises. It is your choice to be present when repair or maintenance personnel are in your home. However, we understand that work schedules must be kept, so you can rest easy knowing that all of our contractors are professionals from the local area and, in most cases, are known personally to be of the highest reputation.
Utilities
All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. You will have five days to transfer service into your name prior to our scheduling the disconnection of service to that address. Below are some helpful numbers to assist you in estimating your initial utility expenses. This list is not inclusive of all the companies who could service your area. Please verify with our office those companies who service your home.
