Pet Policy
Some landlords will not allow pets in their home at any cost. Those that do allow pets will require a $200 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. There also may a monthly pet fee, as well as the initial pet deposit. All pets are to be kept in humane conditions. Pets are not to be tied down or left unattended for extended periods of time. All feces are to be disposed of properly and regularly. Any permits required by either the city or county are the sole responsibility of the owner. Any damages caused by pets, will be deducted from your security deposit, and you will be liable for damages beyond your security deposit.

Improvements
There are some improvements that can be made to satisfy your needs that do not permanently affect the home. Feel free to hang pictures, change the shower head or hang the curtains of your choice. However, you are requested to keep the original equipment so that you can replace it before you leave. Things that cannot easily be replaced such as wallpaper, installation of ceiling fans, or mounting heavy items to the walls must be pre-approved in writing. We want you to feel comfortable in your home and will work with you in meeting those needs. However, we represent the owner of the home and must abide by their wishes.
