Full Circle Properties rental policies include general information for our tenants and our landlords. If you should have any questions about anything you can call our office. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm central time. We can always be reached in an emergency.

All tenants are required to submit a credit application, rental history, and employment history. There is a $20.00 one-time, non-refundable fee for the application.
Once you have selected the perfect home for your needs, we require the first month's rent and security deposit (which is equal to the first month's rent in most cases) at the lease signing. The security deposit is held as an assurance that the home is left in the same condition that the home was in when rented.
