Full Circle Properties

Some owners will not allow pets of any kind. Our owners that will allow pets normally charge a $200, non-refundable fee. This fee may even be per pet. Some owner may require a monthly rental increase of $25.00 in addition to the fee. All pets must be kept in good condition. All animals will be house broken prior to renting our properties. Puppies are not allowed. Our owners do not want their property to be the training grounds for your animals. Dogs are not allowed to be tied up outside. All animals must be fixed. Cats must be declawed (Front Paws Only). Vicious dogs will not be allowed, as they pose a threat to our service contractors and neighbors. Violations of the pet policy are grounds for eviction.
